Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay per video, only for the videos you want to download in full.

Do I pay if I don't like the preview?

No. The preview is free. If the result doesn't convince you, you don't buy the full video.

Why does 4K cost more than SD?

A 4K frame has far more pixels to reconstruct than an SD frame, so it takes more GPU processing time.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, if processing fails or the final video has major quality issues compared to the preview. Email contact@pureframe.io within 24 hours of purchase.
